Here we have Baby Hugs and Tugs, who were usually seen with Granny Bear... which I assume is their grandmother. This raises the question, Why are they not being raised by their parents? Do their parents not CARE?!?
What sense does that make? Wait a minute... what sense does ANY of this make?
